GST would be Applicable from 1st July 2017 Onward @12% on New Purchase of Real Estate Project:-
If you are in planning to purchase a home through fresh booking, it would be going to some costlier due to GST, because where the tax was 4% on new booking of home now it would be going to applicable 12% so it would be application on first purchase.
At the present time the projects are available for resale so the GST would have not any impact on the resale property. Even some projects are ready to move in here in Jaypee Greens Wish Town and at present time available on reasonable prices.
